 Private Tea Ceremony Experience – One Group Per Day 

 

Escape the crowds of Kamakura and step into a quiet, traditional tea room in Shichirigahama.
This intimate tea ceremony experience offers an authentic Urasenke tea ceremony in a tea school established in 1980.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Kamakura as you savor exquisite seasonal Japanese sweets and a bowl of freshly prepared matcha.

After watching the tea preparation, you will have the chance to whisk your own matcha under gentle guidance.
No prior experience is necessary

 

The sessions are held irregularly.
The usual session times are from 18:00 to 19:30 .

Kimono & Tea Ceremony Experience Plan
Enjoy the traditional tea ceremony while wearing a beautiful Japanese Kimono.

💴 Price: 10,000 JPY per person
  (Includes both Kimono fitting and the Tea Ceremony experience)

🕒Duration: Approx. 2 hours in total (including fitting time)
📅Reservation: Required at least 2 days in advance.

I have been studying the Urasenke tradition of the Way of Tea since childhood.

There are so many wonderful aspects to this beautiful practice — its rituals, its deep connection to the seasons, and the peaceful moments it creates.

 I would love to share these experiences with you. Let’s enjoy the Way of Tea together!
